Investigators of the Main Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, within the framework of an ongoing criminal case of theft of funds during the execution of a state defense order in the city of St. Petersburg, detained the general director of Lenbythim LLC Denis Mikhailov, suspected of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on an especially large scale).
According to the investigation, when executing government contracts worth over 115 million rubles with Voentorg JSC for the supply of property for the needs of the Department of Resource Support of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Mikhailov deliberately inflated prices for raw materials and supplies, thus stealing more than 20 million rubles . 
The involvement of officials is currently being verified
JSC Voentorg and the Department of Resource Support of the Russian Ministry of Defense to the crime committed.
During the investigative actions, it was established that Mikhailov and his family members own numerous real estate properties in the city of St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region and the Republic of Turkey, as well as expensive vehicles worth more than 100 million rubles, the legality of which is being verified.
