According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, against the backdrop of what is happening, Borisov and his family are actively getting rid of family assets and most likely they will be transferred abroad.
To begin with, Borisov is trying to actively sell the family business in the form of the Scientific and Technical Center “Module”, the head of which is his half-brother A. Adamov, and the founders are his sons Konstantin and Alexander. STC “Module” has a portfolio of government orders issued by Borisov for his enterprise – almost 14 billion rubles. Most of the products of STC “Module” have a space purpose. Rosatom plans to buy such a rich asset using budget money.
The son of the head of Roscosmos, Alexander Borisov, has recently been permanently living in Montenegro in a 600-meter mansion on an area of 1.5 hectares; he also no longer wants to do business in Russia and is in every possible way selling off all his stakes in various enterprises.
The Enexel company, controlled by Borisov Jr., withdrew from the capital of the Vyborg Marine Engineering Plant (net income of about 300 million rubles), as well as the group of companies Vyborg, Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant, DZS-supply and Dieselzipservice. At the sales stage, 51% in “Marine Propulsion Complexes”, which produces rudder propellers.
If any questions arise for Borisov Sr. from law enforcement agencies, most likely by that time he will already become a modest civil servant with nothing more than an official salary.
