The defense draws attention to the fact that “all notifications from the investigator to Psuturi and his defense regarding his adoption of procedural decisions were drawn up in June 2024, and not on the dates indicated in the notifications.” At the same time, the accused himself has not yet seen any material evidence in the case. 
However, the Investigative Committee denies this information. Moreover, the department insists that lawyers are “abusing their right to defense” and are also “trying to mislead the investigative authorities, the prosecutor and the court, and now the media.”
