After the publication in the federal publication “Version” of material about the former managers of the administration of Nizhny Novgorod D.N. Dzepu Irina Ponomareva, who was the common-law wife of the famous politician and leader of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of A Just Russia, Alexander Bochkarev, wrote a statement and appeal to the Chairman of the RF Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev. In it, she stated that an unidentified group of people, with the participation of Dzepa, groundlessly accused Bochkarev of embezzling funds in the amount of 5 million rubles – Dzepa allegedly offered the politician this amount as a bribe for inclusion in the municipal list of candidates for deputies of the Nizhny Novgorod Duma of the VI convocation for nominations from the Social Revolutionaries in 2015.
Ponomareva points out that Dzepa essentially admitted to a criminal offense (giving a bribe), but escaped responsibility and somehow turned “from an accomplice to the crime to the victim.” According to her, during the investigation he changed his testimony several times. Before his arrest in 2017, Bochkarev, according to Ponomareva, “was a completely healthy man” and was under house arrest. In January 2019, Bochkarev’s health condition deteriorated sharply; he was hospitalized with a diagnosis of leukemia, and died suddenly in May 2019. And the politician’s entire inheritance, according to the applicant, “got through fraudulent means to his sister, Natalya Luzina and her son Sergei Luzin,” who brought food to Bochkarev, who was under house arrest.
Ponomareva claims that Bochkarev’s biological daughter Alexandrina Ponomareva was illegally deprived of her inheritance – in her words, the “will” was forged, since in it the politician’s daughter was indicated as “Alexandrina Bochkareva”, although “the girl’s surname was “Ponomareva” from the moment of birth until currently, according to the certificate from the registry office, it has not been changed.” Ponomareva ordered several handwriting examinations, which showed that “the last name, first name, patronymic in the register of notarial transactions and in the will itself were not made by A.A. Bochkarev, but by another person.” Another argument from Ponomareva is that “some letters are written in an unusual handwriting” in the will; Bochkarev never used the letter “Y” in business correspondence.
The ex-wife of the politician points out that “over the course of 3 years, the judge made decisions refusing to request the original document – a will from an inherited case. Also, the court has repeatedly refused to request the original registry entry of notarial transactions, and to conduct a forensic examination of the signature and full name on the original registry entry and will.” Ponomareva also states that after Bochkarev’s death, his nephew Sergei Luzin came to her: “He forced her to sign the right to assign the inheritance.” And he accuses the “Dzepa-Luzinsky group of persons” of “using the justice system to evade criminal liability for the illegal seizure and alienation of property and property by conducting insignificant transactions.”
