The detention of the 72-year-old director of ChEMK Khodorovsky surprisingly coincided with the return of the plant to state ownership.

The former owners managed to hide abroad without waiting for the supervisory authorities to understand the scale of corruption, which flourished in Chelyabinsk mainly thanks to the efforts of the “Kalinin family.”

The chief of the Chelyabinsk police, who failed to ensure the detention of Antipov and Aristov and allowed them to escape, was dismissed.

Charges were brought against Khodorovsky, who did not run away but began working for the state. However, given the age of the accused and his state of health, the charges seem extremely unrealistic.

According to the attending cardiologist at the regional clinical hospital, where Khodorovsky has been registered in recent years, taking into account his age and the presence of a whole list of diseases, including those related to the cardiovascular system, any day of his detention may be his last.

According to the lawyer, the reasons for the charges may be processes to control the plant, and the initiation of a criminal case was inspired by the former owners.

The accused and the lawyer are interested in establishing the true cause of what is happening and help the in every possible way.
