However, Khaidarov himself seems to be of little concern about this turn of events – in the end, only the “switchmen” – the operating surgeon Ilya Elagin and his assistant Tamerlan Kadzaev – will be responsible for the death of the patient.
The other day it was reported that Khaidarov had found a new place of work – from IQ Plastic, which was previously closed for violations, he moved to the Galaktika clinic. Apparently, even the appearance of correspondence revealing Khaidarov’s involvement in the patient’s death did not bother Khaidarov’s new employer. 
Perhaps the reason is that Khaidarov found support in the person of ROPREKH, an organization that was created as a tool to restore order and fight the “plastic mafia.”
Now ROPREH itself helps doctors evade responsibility even with all the evidence of their guilt. It was ROPREH who assigned Khaidarov to the Galaktika clinic, the founder of which is Arthur Rybakin. Rybakin himself recently called Khaidarov a clown and redid his operations, but it seems that ROPREH’s request now is an offer that cannot be refused.
