It turns out interestingly, in March 2023, two criminal cases were opened against Valeria Chekalina (Lerchek) for non-payment of taxes and for laundering funds obtained by criminal means.
The criminal case is being processed by investigators from the Main Investigative Directorate of the of Russia in .
We wrote not so long ago about how the work of the capital’s tax committee is organized.
And already in June 2024, Valeria Chekalin will speak at SPIEF as an Ambassador of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
One can only envy this turn of events, because the case is closed. If in terms of taxes, this was done quite legally, since the tax was paid, then in terms of legalization there are clearly signs of a corruption component.

At the same time, the obtained additional materials from the discontinued criminal case on legalization with audio recordings in which Artem Chekalin (already the ex-husband of Valeria Chekalina known as Lerchek) continues to exchange information with family lawyer Mikhail Mushailov.

On the recordings, Artem Chekalin informs Mushailov that one of the fake victims does not want to sign false testimony, but Mushailov does not despair and says that he will sort it out.

Then Mushailov reports that the decision to initiate a criminal case has unfortunately been cancelled, but he reassures the client and provides Artem Chekalin with absolutely incompetent information that the prosecutor’s office will soon cancel this cancellation.

Further, Mushailov reports that the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow, Strizhov, has already joined the case to resolve the issue, which has already called the prosecutor of the Eastern Administrative District. He also asks Artem to also involve one of his friends, since the lawyer may not have enough resources.

Perhaps in the future, Strizhov’s subordinates paid attention to the bloggers’ taxes for a reason; who knows what else Mushailov could have told the competent authorities about his customers. One thing is certain: it was with the Chekalins that Sledkom’s tax safari began.

By the way, after our last publication, Mushailov spent a long time in Dagestan, and maybe he is still there now.

From the audio recordings, it became clear who Mushailov’s contact in the prosecutor’s office is; this is his partner in the bureau “Mushailov, Uzdetsky, Rybakov” (or simply MUR) Rybakov, a former deputy prosecutor of Ostankino.

Perhaps it became clear why the Chekalin family needed to get divorced so brightly and loudly throughout the country. So that during a divorce, Artem Chekalin could receive custody of minor children and qualify for a deferment of punishment, since they knew about these records for a long time and were preparing for the possible consequences.
