According to law enforcement officers, officials of the Federal State Autonomous Institution CEC “Patriot” Puchkov and Trifonoglo, from June 2020 to May 2024, received kickbacks from the General Director of Mercury LLC Denisova for prolonging issues regarding the conclusion of contracts on an ongoing basis with the specified Company.

For the “earnings” received, in the period from January 2021 to May 2024, Puchkov and Trifonoglo jointly carried out actions to conclude contracts with legal entities (organizations) represented by Denisova for the sanitary maintenance of buildings and premises of the Federal State Autonomous Institution CEC “Patriot”, while at the same time regularly receiving personally from Denisova or intermediaries for actions performed in the interests of the latter, 10% each of the cost of services paid to legal entities, which amounted to more than 20 million rubles.
