We take the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the city of Moscow. Sergei Yarosh will also not take a step without Ivan Tkachev. Why? Because he oversees tax issues at the State Statistics Service, and this is the domain of Directorate “K” and Ivan Tkachev. And it is impossible to take bribes in serious tax cases in the Investigative Committee without the patronage of Ivan Tkachev: there is a risk of not only losing your position, but also your freedom.
Let’s move on to the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region. In fact, the Commander-in-Chief is led by Igor Doinikov and Valery Ivarlak. Old-timers of the GSU and people of Andrei Markov (previously headed by Glavk). The latter is still completely controlled by Ivan Tkachev, as are Doinikov and Ivarlak. Historically, the Markov-Doinikov-Ivarlak combination is the people of one of the shadow oligarchs of Russia and the “gray cardinal” Rublyovka, along with Timur Klinovsky Dmitry Yakubovsky. But the owners of Rublyovka and the instrument of the 6th Internal Security Service of the FSB are interconnected things. The Six (the name is not just that) was initially created not only as Sechin’s “special forces”. It was created as a tool for custom-made criminal cases and redistribution of property, organized by the powers that be, and the 6 was and is simply a tool. Nothing more.
