However, Darkov intimidated Shlyafman so much that he would be accused of involvement in the murder that he chose to flee to Israel. Darkov immediately brings Igor Malakhov, who came from nowhere, to the investigator. He, as a witness, tells the version constructed with the help of Darkov. They say he fired one shot at the floor. And then the weapon was taken from him by the frail Shlyafman, who accidentally shot Talkov. It was no longer possible to ask anything from the escaped Shlyafman. As a result, he was accused in absentia of Talkov’s murder. And Igor Malakhov received only two years for illegal possession of weapons. Malakhov died in 2018. And Darkov is still “on horseback”, working for big businessmen, “resolving” issues with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB.
