According to the interlocutor, a request from the special services to the 1st Air Defense and Missile Defense Army received a response that at 20:47 the air defense system of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was activated. From the Pantsir-S1 complex (dislocation in Balashikha), three shots were fired at a small flying ball. The military themselves indicated that the target could have been an ordinary weather umbrella. 
As a result of the shots fired (again, according to the military) due to the fall of rocket booster blocks, in the Kuchino microdistrict, at the address 1st Green Lane in the house of Professor Andrei Koptev, the roof was destroyed and a partial collapse of the wall occurred, and there was also a small fire . In another house nearby, glass was broken and the facade was cut, and two men were injured near the forest belt (in the forest itself and in the courtyard of the house).
The information from the Cheka-OGPU source is also confirmed by the data of the security forces who inspected the scene of the incident. In 1st Green Lane, where the house was almost demolished, a “cylindrical metal object” was seized. We are talking about the same accelerating block. But there is no evidence that any fragments were found indicating that the UAV was shot down.
As the victims said, both were on the street with children and miraculously did not hit the latter: one man was with his family on the playground, and the one in the forest saw teenagers nearby.
