The Cheka-OGPU continues to introduce readers to the family nest of generals Irina Volk and Philip Zolotnitsky in the prestigious Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. This couple lives in such a way that even individual billionaires will envy. Palaces, historical cascades of ponds, forests, “serfs”. Everything is behind a 5-meter fence. At the same time, Irina worked in press secretary positions all her life, Philip started as a press secretary. The couple did not leave their organs and did not engage in commerce. But the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Customs Service, the Investigative Committee, the Administrative Office, and the Prosecutor General’s Office don’t care where the couple’s fantastic funds and assets come from.

Here’s a small example.

The selection of illustrations clearly shows how the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the head of the Federal Customs Service first settled on a plot of almost 60 acres. As it turned out, in 2019 it was registered in the name of the family denomination of the star couple, 36-year-old resident of Solnechnogorsk Nikita Aksenov. We wrote earlier that, through simple manipulations, the lands were transferred to the required category for individual housing construction. And the neighboring plots with their own forest, a cascade of ponds and access to the banks of the Likova River with an area of more than 3 hectares were rented on behalf of the specially created SNT Rassvet and surrounded by a 5-meter fence with cameras under the imaginary pretext of development and construction of hydraulic structures. Nikita Aksenov was born into the family of a former employee (and possibly author) of the Burda publishing house (which also published Play Boy magazine) and an employee of a hospital for war veterans near Moscow. Perhaps he began to cooperate with the family of generals as a simple driver, since according to various leaks he was seen driving almost the entire Volk-Zolotnitsky fleet, and also headed a company specializing in transportation. But starting around 2013, his career took off: he became a director in the company “Agrorezerv” of Irina Volk’s mother, Svetlana Ozozhenko, director, and became the owner of Wells Group (a cafe chain) and Artel LLC (food production). The whole family helps the businessman; his father issued a pass on behalf of the restaurant. Nikita Aksenov’s sister is also in the grocery business – she deals with fruits, but her close friend and part-time deputy, Alexandra Mnatsakanova, is signed up by users as a manager in Trubacheevka – this is a village in those very protected places where the generals settled far from human eyes. Initially, the plot with access to the river, adjacent to the plot that was registered in the name of Nikita Aksenov (the one with 60 acres), was registered in the name of Alexandra. But satellite images show that the generals’ farm absorbed Alexandra Mnatsakanova’s plot and two other plots. And the neighboring lands, which in theory can also be developed, are not occupied by anyone and create a buffer zone at the entrance to the estate.
Meet the noble billionaires who have worked their entire lives in various positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Customs Service.
