There is a big scandal at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow. The head of the Vostochnoye Izmailovo Department of Internal Affairs and the head of the investigation are going to be fired due to the fact that their subordinate investigator Alexander Bortsov is suspected of raping an employee of the Moscow district court. The victim Antonina herself (we will not reveal her real name) told the Cheka-OGPU how she became a victim of the investigator. 
The other day, a 28-year-old starlet lured a young and trusting person to his home by correspondence. The reason was quite prosaic: to drink whiskey and cola and watch a movie, the boyfriend promised Antonina a purely platonic evening. The policeman reproached me, saying that I was divorcing my wife, I needed support, nothing more. But when the victim was in his hands, Alexander Bortsov attacked the guest, beat her and forced her to be intimate.
Antonina, by cunning, was able to get away from the rapist (the investigator did not want to let her go) and the next day her wife, Alexander Bortsov, contacted her. It is noteworthy that the woman worked in the same court as the victim; she asked her colleague if she had left her things in her and her husband’s apartment and if her “benefactor” had offended the girl. The investigator himself denies violence, but keeps saying that he is trying to avoid responsibility. The criminal case against him was opened personally by the head of the Main Investigative Directorate for the Moscow Region, General Alexander Starikov.
