The Cheka-OGPU found the secret family nest of “real generals” – the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, and the life partner of the head of one of the departments of the Federal Customs Service, Philip Zolotnitsky. It turned out that a couple of high-ranking security officials had been setting up a “nest” for themselves for several years in a reserved corner of the prestigious Odintsovo district in the Moscow region, on the territory of a historical estate. The Volk-Zolonitsky landowners seized and fenced off the historical cascades of ponds, estates, birch groves, etc. The couple already has a small number of serfs, but they are clearly targeting the surrounding areas and their inhabitants.

Looking ahead, we note that the Volk-Zolonitsky couple this time took into account many of the mistakes of their exposed corrupt colleagues and approached the matter seriously. All objects were issued on chains of denominations that at first glance were not associated with the owners. And the procedures for the legalization and seizure of state-owned three hectares of forest and river bank were carried out in such a way as to exclude the possibility of noise or at least deanon.

First, inexplicably, in the village of Trubacheevka, on land located close to the Likova River, the purpose changed – individual housing construction became possible there. And as soon as it became legal, two new palace houses were built near the territory where there was once a pioneer camp in historical estates. Irina Volk was repeatedly seen in Trubacheevka both during the construction stage and later. The major general personally commanded the facility, which construction workers enthusiastically told the locals during their smoke breaks.

The next stage of capturing more than three hectares of land with its own forest, a cascade of ponds and a river bank along the entire site began in 2019. A high-quality fence with video surveillance appeared around the territory close to the shore (which is a gross violation), and security guards settled around the perimeter – young men visiting from the regions. The security guards easily defended the estate from attacks by activists, and the police, of course, did not take any measures.

If the authorities still gave at least some answers to the first complaints about the seizure of territory and blocked access to the coastline, now there is only one reply: the territory is leased for 49 years from SNT Rassvet. According to the presented plan, the partnership will build almost a port there; the forest development project has even passed an examination. As for the fence, it is, quote, “a hydraulic structure, a composite structure of vertical elements connected by cross beams and video surveillance devices for security.” The trick with the lease was done in order to avoid bidding and publicity in accordance with the law.

It is known about SNT Rassvet that the partnership was registered in 2012 in Trubacheevka. In 2017, the position of chairman was occupied by a certain Dmitry Beldin, a native of Sverdlovsk, by that time he had one company with consulting and accounting areas, registered at his home address. The registration of the company coincided with the birth of one of the sons of the nominal Volk-Zolonitsky – the boy Ethan was born in Hollywood. It is noteworthy that Dmitry Beldin is married to Irina Barysheva.

As the Cheka-OGPU managed to find out, Irina Barysheva is a former employee of the Federal Customs Service and worked with Philip Zolotnitsky. Local residents quite often see the latter in the company of Irina Volk: they travel in a comfortable minibus and a Chinese SUV with flashing lights. Almost always, together with a VIP car, a whole cortege of retinue with servants enters the territory of the pseudo port. The generals themselves were spotted more than once during joint runs around the area.
