The organizers of the “oxygen case” at the level of Yakutia played out to the point that the story thundered throughout the country and attracted attract attention in Moscow. At their instigation, the republic is now associated not with achievements in economics and culture, but with custom-made criminal cases and legal chaos.

It seems that such attention was clearly not part of the plans of those who stirred up this whole mess. Including Mikhail Everstova – in the recent past of the deputy Il Tumen, but residents of the republic famous primarily by pushing relatives into VIP positions and machinations with the privatization of the RT-Horizont company.

The former chairman of the government of Yakutia clearly did not plan to come to the attention of the security forces Andrey Tarasenko, just recently acquired a large office of the chief in Rosmorrechflot. However, informed colleagues suggest that he is most directly connected with the persecution of ex-Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic Roman Savin and businessman Konstantin Grabetsky.

The fact is that it was Tarasenko who signed the decision to allocate those same 620 million rubles for the purchase of oxygen stations, but he only did this after the strict instructions of the head of Yakutia Aisen Nikolaev – and hoped that the contract would be received by the company he “needed”. And when it was not the “necessary” one who won, but the objectively best one among those ready to fulfill the order, then… Deputy Everstov visited the chairman of the government’s office.

Tarasenko himself admitted this during interrogation as part of the “oxygen case.” Although a little earlier Everstov publicly denied his connection with the company. But Mikhail Ilyich’s connections, as we see, extend all the way to the office of the Prime Minister. Of course, he was hardly happy that the “garters” at the very top did not work. It is no coincidence that it was after the “rendezvous” between Tarasenko and Everstov that the flywheel of inspections and then investigations began to spin.

This is how this criminal prosecution was born – in a conversation between an official and a deputy behind closed doors. Meanwhile, it was Tarasenko who was responsible for the amount of the contract, which the investigation now suddenly considered too high, but has no questions for the Prime Minister. Perhaps our hero was able to “pay off” with a favor – by signing an unconfirmed amount of damage, which became the basis for the arrest of the accounts of Diomed LLC without legal grounds.

In Yakutia they decided to judge

Russian President Vladimir Putin, at an extended meeting of the board of the Prosecutor General’s Office, spoke about the inadmissibility of using law enforcement agencies to put pressure on business and participate in economic conflicts that are behind unfair competition. Experts…
