After previous publications of the Cheka-OGPU and the hype raised in the media, Badyrkhanov became nervous, giving a lengthy interview to one yellow newspaper, where he stated that information about his debt to Rosselkhozbank in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles, quote: “To put it mildly… does not correspond reality.”
And further: “As a result, the total loan portfolio of the agricultural holding by 2013, when I headed the enterprise, amounted to 2.75 billion rubles. So the anonymous statements that I “accumulated debts and loans” are a real and easily detected lie,” Badyrkhanov convinced readers, explaining that all the loans were taken out before him, as if by someone unknown. “Inherited” – quote. Well, since Mukhtar Biyshigievich says that it is easy to identify and check, they checked. 
The Cheka-OGPU received loan documents from the father of Biygisha Badyrkhanov and Mukhtar Badyrkhanov himself, indicating that, on the contrary, the latter’s statements “do not correspond to reality.”
According to our information, BMPC and Rosselkhozbank in total from 2007 to 2019 (recall that Badyrkhanov took over the plant in 2013) entered into 12 loan agreements.
6 of them, worth 1.7 billion rubles, were concluded before 2012, i.e. when Badirkhanov the father was in charge of the plant. Everything else was typed by Badirkhanov the son when he was the owner and general director, which is confirmed by the documents provided.
Those. Badirkhanov deliberately lies, and at the same time frames his father, essentially dragging him into legal proceedings through subsidiary liability. The latter, taking into account the rigid clan hierarchy (the eldest in the family, clan, region of residence is the indisputable authority and guarantor, for example, in business transactions) – the fundamental maxim of the way of life in Dagestan, looks completely ugly.
