As the Cheka-OGPU learned, on April 8, two employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived at the residence address in Moscow of the adviser to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Manas Mamytbekovich Zholdoshbekov, in order to check the legality of the grounds for the foreign citizen’s stay on the territory of the Russian Federation.

In addition to the fact that the indicated police officers illegally entered the apartment of the diplomat and his family (Nizhegorodskaya Street, building 2/1, apartment …) by breaking the lock and damaging the front door, law enforcement officers rudely demanded to provide a detachable part of the registration form for migration registration.

Even after the diplomat and his family members presented their diplomatic passports and diplomatic cards, police officers continued to aggressively demand the provision of migration registration documents, resulting in bodily harm to the diplomat’s wife and psychological damage to his minor children.

As of today, the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has not conducted an internal investigation into the fact of unlawful actions against a foreign diplomat, which indicates intentions to hide this incident without taking appropriate measures to prevent similar situations in relation to diplomats from Central Asian countries in the future.
