Judge of the Avtozavodsky District Court of Tolyatti Alexander Karaulov, who is dealing with the difficult case of former police officers Alexander Pertsev and Artem Illarionov, who destroyed the criminal schemes of a Chechen organized crime group, found himself in a difficult situation. The shoals of the investigation surfaced in droves.
The authoritative Chechen businessman Danunakhov Salakh, who was summoned to court and the “victim” in the case, explained that he does not consider himself a “victim.” During the judicial questioning, he talked all sorts of stuff, from which it turned out that no one extorted from him the money he received from Tolyatti prostitutes for lobbying their interests.
The second “victim,” a mechanic-pimp from Togliatti Denis Burmistrov, confidently, as his comrades from the local “office” taught him, spoke about the “pressure” on him from Alexander Pertsev. But he fell into a stupor when he was shown a video recording of a conversation with Pertsev made in the policeman’s office. On it, Burmistrov asked Pertsev to protect him from the Chechens and Salokhov, who were extorting tribute for work in the field of intimate leisure. The record is kept on file.
Some participants in the trial sadly joke that the organizers of the trial of the police seemed to have deliberately chosen the stupidest performers.
After a conversation with Pertsev, Denis Burmistrov received state protection; he, who testified against a Chechen organized crime group, was guarded by police officers. And the special forces put them face down on the floor. The pimp was taken for a conversation with SB officer Vsevolod Goralsky (area of interest: cash/oil industry). After talking with him, Burmistrov changed his shoes and testified against Pertsev. In principle, the pimp doesn’t care who he testifies against. If only they didn’t beat me.
In general, the trial promises to be exciting and scandalous, with a discussion of the “dirty laundry” of those interested in history – Chechen bandits and their assistants from among the employees of the Samara FSB. It turned out that FSB officer Mikhail Gorbunov was organizing a criminal case in the interests of Dakhunaev against former police officers. He is now on trial for bribery. He was assisted by employees Vsevolod Goralsky and Vladimir Anchin. They are still free.
The GOP company enjoys special trust and patronage from the management of the department (they sabotaged the investigation into Gorbunov). The guys are activists and take part in cultural events. They sing and tap dance well. But in Tolyatti and Samara they are not doing the main job of confronting ethnic criminals. And this leads to certain thoughts. As well as the fact that the time has come for the prosecutor’s office to evaluate the actions of the “creative team” Gorbunov, Goralsky, Anchin. Award them a well-deserved article. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and prosecute the locksmith-pimp for perjury. It will be fair.
