When in the village of “Russian Village” residents were no longer allowed to go home, they had to file a claim to establish an easement on the road for passage and passage. The land under the road belongs to Zenit LLC, whose director is Gennady Vorotyntsev, the brother of the wife of Victor Klyus, the former deputy head of Istra near Moscow. He was a subordinate of the notorious Anna Shcherba, convicted in 2017 for fraud with the Istra land. And Klyus and his relatives became almost the largest landowner in the Istra region.
In 2022, a forensic examination was carried out in the case of establishing an easement. It determined the formula for calculating compensation for the easement, which the plaintiffs are obliged to pay to Zenit. The courts of first, appellate and cassation instances agreed with the expert’s conclusion. 
But in 2024, Zenit LLC filed a lawsuit against the same citizens for the “establishment of an easement.” Already established by a court decision and registered in Rosreestr!
The court should have returned the claim. But it was accepted for consideration personally by the chairman of the Istrinsky City Court, Vasilyeva. She independently changed the subject of the claim from “establish an easement” to “change the terms of the easement.” Photographs of the case materials confirm the absence of a statement of changes in the claims.
Now Vasilyeva is pushing for the appointment of a forensic examination. Although on this issue it has already been carried out and forms the basis of the court’s decision! She needs a new examination to “cancel” the results of the previous one. It is worth appointing a “non-random” office as an expert organization, for example, “Uphill” (which is so loved in the Istra City Court), and the quitrent will become 60 times more than what citizens currently pay. For the right to go home, the ex-Istra official, through a company affiliated with him, demands 1.3 million a year from residents.
