The Cheka-OGPU continues to talk about IK-3 in the village. Kharp and those who saw Alexei Navalny die. This time I was able to have a heart-to-heart talk with a former prisoner who had recently been released and had been in Polar Wolf for more than five years.

Part 1

The interlocutor describes the order in IK-3 as standard for such places, when the colony is under the control of the administration, and the core of the employees are hereditary jailers living in the village where the zone is the main enterprise. We are talking about torture, “breaking” people and total “self-government” – when 90% of the work for FSIN employees is done by prisoners, with the sophisticated cruelty inherent in many of them.

“Previously, everything was very strict, as soon as you arrived at the camp, they immediately let you know where you ended up. Everyone, without exception, was beaten – the stages were “accepted” by the so-called foremen and guards. The convicts were bullied and humiliated until they “swimmed out” into the zone and got a job. There was no option to disobey.”

But everything changed just a couple of years ago. According to a former prisoner, the administration, on orders from the Department, was forced to abandon the frankly cruel methods of torture and beatings. The reason for this was an emergency involving the murder of a convicted person. Earlier, journalists reported that in the case of the death of convicted Bakhrombek Sharifov in July 2022, 5 colony employees were involved – they tried to pass off his death as suicide.

“Everything was not quite as they say. This convict was in the SUS (detachment with strict detention conditions), the same as the punishment cell/PKT, where Alexey was kept. He was not just tortured and tortured, but he was killed by the supply manager of the 1st detachment, nicknamed Oboskal. Nobody will tell you this. He broke his Adam’s apple and the opera and the regime, who also participated in the crime, tried to hide it. But the Investigative Committee arrived from Moscow and there was no one to cover them. Many, if not all, are already free; I even saw Marat’s opera, it’s lame. When it all happened, he crashed his car into a pole and spent the entire investigation in the hospital. I see some on social networks, I come across them from mutual friends, I even corresponded with some of them. As for the killer, he was removed from his post and when everything calmed down he was sent for promotion, according to his specialty, so to speak. He took the place of another well-known prisoner there, Pushkar – another sadist in a robe, who was responsible for accepting the stages. He sneered, as I understand it, he met and created pressure on Navalny at the go-ahead of the administration.”
