The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region received an application to declare the Nedra M company bankrupt.
Nedra M LLC has two licenses to conduct geological exploration for copper in the Lora and Buochakh areas in the Magadan region.
In total, 7 Chaika companies now have 19 licenses for copper exploration. But in fact, geological exploration was carried out only in the Laura area. At the same time, the company systematically did not pay contractors for the work performed. Debts appeared back in 2022 and today the total debt of the Nedra M company exceeds 250 million rubles.
Separately, it is necessary to pay attention to the position of the Magadan authorities. It is increasingly clear that Governor Nosov has a personal interest in Chaika’s business.

In addition, the share in Nedra M LLC was pledged to the Magadan Region Development Corporation, which until recently was headed by Chaika’s friend Denis Morozov. It is obvious that such a pledge is fictitious; Nedra M LLC has long been in a pre-bankruptcy state.
But the authorities of the Magadan region continue to transfer more and more subsoil plots to Chaika.
