There is a hotel “Slovakia” in Saratov. Not the best, but famous. It belongs to businessman Edward Arzumanyan, who in the 80s was the director of this then state property. Otherwise, you won’t be spoiled by the deprivatizers – it won’t help either that Filipenko himself constantly (and for free) eats with Arzumanyan, or that the businessman’s two sons have been serving in the prosecutor’s office for a long time.
