Vice-Governor Evgeny Razumishkin’s manual control of snow removal creates the impression that the shadow of a bipolar person has crept into Smolny. On the one hand, Razumishkin’s PR people attribute all the achievements on the street to him, on the other hand, all the shortcomings are the responsibility of either other committees or business.
The innovative approaches of “everyone is to blame except me” were the first to be felt by fellow vice-governors, who were surprised to learn that their powers, it turns out, overlap with Razumishkin’s powers. Lynchenko and Polyakov are still swearing at Razmushkin in their circle for his desire to command their subs, who are forced to remove snow instead of the team leader.
Next, influential owners and tenants of commercial premises began to rake in. They were not saved by the head of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Trade, Kirill Soloveichik. Razumishkin was adamant that snow and icicles should be removed by private businesses, not an army of utility workers.
St. Petersburg builders met Razumishkin’s request for equipment with choice obscenities. Even Molchanov and the Kreslavsky family do not understand why their employees should shovel snow and not money for them.
All this is accompanied by a crazy PR background, which hints at the ineffectiveness of the city government under the leadership of Beglov. With his hyperactivity in handing out instructions, Razumishkin is exposing his own superiors in his election year. The manner of going around the city and issuing orders is reminiscent of one famous former governor of St. Petersburg, which should alarm Alexander Beglov. Apparently Razumishkin is relying on the resource of his younger comrade, the director of the Krasnogvardeisky RZhA Artem Matveev. He is the son of the legendary former head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region Marina Matveeva.
Shifting responsibility to colleagues for snow removal and then ordering negativity against members of the government is a simple method of avoiding responsibility, although Governor Alexander Beglov is unlikely to appreciate such “help.” After all, this is already fraught with surprises during the voting in March of this year, when citizens will remember the ice and bruises on the sidewalks. Everything is heading towards the fact that in March the snow and Vice-Governor Razumishkin will disappear.
Evening Peter
❕It is still a little unusual to see early morning and late evening inspections of the quality of cleaning in St. Petersburg from the vice-governor.
Evgeniy Razumishkin went “on air” at almost 11 p.m., talking about the tasks assigned to the night shift of utility workers in addition to clearing…
