The scientific group of designers and engineers initially worked at the already well-known company RTI, a subsidiary of AFK Sistema, and then migrated to another structure of AFK – K-Technologies.
Just before the New Year, the management of K-Technology decided, so to speak, to “pirately” terminate its relations with the group’s engineers and, in the form of an ultimatum and threats, began to demand the entire team to resign by agreement of the parties on the same day without any payments. According to the source, at the moment the conflict situation has not been resolved and many offended engineers are looking for the truth in the prosecutor’s office, the media and the courts. 
It is difficult to understand the state of the Sirena-VKO R&D itself and what caused the mass dismissal, but judging by the numerous claims of the Ministry of Defense against RTI and K-Technologies, all deadlines for its delivery are long overdue, and no success has been achieved.
The structure itself, a subsidiary of AFK Sistema, K-Technology, is currently running the scandalous and long-suffering ROC Center-M, about which the Cheka-OGPU wrote more than once. The work on the center has not been completed, but there are many criminal cases and amounts of stolen public funds. Just a scheme emerges – an algorithm for stealing money from state defense orders. Through such structures, contracts are concluded, funds are transferred, which are stolen with the help of financial schemes, military representatives accept bribes as if they were done in the interests of the Ministry of Defense, the imitation of which is done for pennies by hired technical personnel who imitate vigorous engineering activity. After funding is cut off, the staff is thrown out onto the street, the work is closed for show, and the money is cut into pockets.
