And again a bright agenda from the Leningrad region. Colleagues from the editorial office of Lisa report the sudden resignation “for health reasons” of the head of the administration of the most important Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, Andrei Nizovsky. We must understand that Nizovsky is one of the most trusted and closest people to the regional governor, Alexander Drozdenko. He headed the regional State Order Committee for 4.5 years, concentrating all the significant money of the 47th region in the hands of his patron, and then he was sent by him to reign in the most strategically important region, with which he remained in constant charge for another 7 years. The management was a great success – for example, the tough and unceremonious Nizovsky began to fiercely pinch local businessmen, and the developed bribe scheme was unique in its own way. As the Cheka-OGPU knows, many businessmen experiencing problems with the district administration were offered, through trusted people, to donate money to the district budget quite legally. But from there, through Alexei Kondrashin, a deputy close to Nizovsky, funds were withdrawn using government contracts, which were given exclusively to their own companies. And this is only one source of arrogant but neat enrichment. There are others: for example, in the theft of expensive regional land. And Nizolsky, who was close to him, Marine Tonoyan, even handed Drozdenko the post of chairman of the regional KUGI. So she gained control over all the property of the region!
And what could have ruined such a brilliant career, readers will ask? We will answer – some time ago they gave clear and easily provable evidence against Andrei Alexandrovich. A good third of Drozdenko’s inner circle is either already resting in a pre-trial detention center or is under operational development. Some began to actively cooperate. For example, the arrested former construction deputy chairman of the government, Mikhail Moskvin, began to testify. We do not undertake to say that it was he who pointed the finger at Nizovsky, but it is absolutely certain that a signal was received from the headquarters, where Drozdenko has good communication. So Mr. Nizovsky had to quickly put the statement on the table. Agree – if anything, once again doing this retroactively, as is already customary in the government of the Leningrad region, is stupid and ridiculous.
