In May of this year, the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region received an application for bankruptcy of Alexey Lezhnikov, the son of the Tver Region Prosecutor Sergei Borisovich Lezhnikov. According to the case materials, Alexey Lezhnikov owes more than 4 million rubles.
Despite his influential father, the lover of illegal substances and escort girls were kicked out of the profession in disgrace. The reason is the blatant scam of clients out of money and recorded facts of drug use. For now, dad the prosecutor is saving me from criminal liability, but he was expelled from the legal profession in disgrace even despite dad’s requests not to do this. 
As we previously wrote, Alexey Lezhnikov became known in legal circles for his dubious ways of earning a good living. Promising to involve his father’s connections to lobby the interests of his clients in the courts and law enforcement agencies, he received large sums for his services, but the “necessary” decisions were never made. The prosecutor’s son never returned the advances to anyone, quietly disappearing from the horizon.
However, Lezhnikov owes not only to clients, but also to banks and microfinance organizations (especially these). He also borrowed money from legal entities and individuals. A bankruptcy case has now been initiated against him, which is being considered in the arbitration court of the Chelyabinsk region.
The Council of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Chelyabinsk Region saw in all this a deliberate and malicious violation, for which Lezhnikov was trampled from among the lawyers. But whether his former clients will be able to get their money back is a big question.
