Readers complain about night noise and loud music at the construction facilities of the “Aircraft” group in Balashikha: the authorities are silent.
As it became known to the correspondent The Moscow Post in the suburbsthe editorial office on the eve of the excited letter from the inhabitants of Balashikha came: not to live, and even more so, to sleep at night in this wonderful city near Moscow with a population of more than 530 thousand people, it turns out, it is simply impossible. And especially in the microdistrict of aviators, which is built up with the scandalously known company “Aircraft”. The family of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, or rather, the brother of the governor, Maxim Vorobyov, is most directly related to this company.
Perhaps, due to the fact that the LCD of aviators is built up by Vorobyov Jr., the Balashikha authorities hid through the bushes?

According to the authors of the letter to the editor, they have already made a PSS – a complete collected works – in power structures. People write to the police, to the prosecutor’s office of Balashikha and the Moscow Region, as well as in the Federal Security Service.
They write that they live like in hell: the construction of residential buildings goes 24 hours a day. Not only heavy construction equipment rumbles, but also oriental music, because at the construction site – according to the authors of the letter – migrants who are illegally in Russia work.
But the reaction is zero!
We quote: “Once an audit came to a rumbling construction site, so all migrants took places under the trees in a nearby forest. And it was scary … The city administration in the person of the deputy head of Timashkov Kirill Alexandrovich (responsible for urban planning) promises to resign the situation every day, but there is no promises of actions!”

Construction is going on day and night, without weekends.
The response to numerous complaints in the Balashikha administration reported that, acting in the framework of the powers provided for by the Federal Law of 06.10.2003 No. 131-ФЗ “On the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation”, the city hall sent a letter to the need for measures to ensure the silence and peace of citizens.

Yes, only these organs seemed to be frozen, the head of GO Balashikha Sergey Yurov sleeps at night, apparently very tight. And, moreover, not in Balashikha, but in Moscow, because Mr. Yurov has long been living in the capital’s LCD “Izmailovsky”.
All the troubles of Balashikha
Balashikha is the largest urban district of the Moscow region. The city is located 20 km from the Kremlin.
But, despite the proximity to Moscow, the situation in the city is depressing.
These are crowded schools, and a deficiency of doctors and medical staff in hospitals, as well as huge LCDs, which mercilessly built up every free piece of land.
After all, the price of apartments in Balashikha is lower than in the pioneers.
And if in the 90s the population did not exceed 120 thousand people, then by 2024 more than 530 thousand inhabitants began to live in the GO “Balashikha”.
The situation with wild and mass development led to such a collapse that the governor of the Moscow Region twice – in 2016 and 2021. He introduced a moratorium on construction!

So at the beginning of this, 2024, the inhabitants asked not to the governor, but to Vladimir Putin to declare a moratorium on construction in Balashikha.
In turn, the Aviator residential complex is one of the most densely populated parts of Balashikha. More than 50 thousand people live in new buildings. And the quantity continues to grow.
Recall that no less acute in Balashikha is an environmental question. After all, not so long ago, the scandalous garbage landfill of Kuchino was covered here: for 50 years he received waste not only from the capital, but also from other regions of the region.
By the way, Balashikha today is headed by a man who, as he himself says, came “on an ad”. Earlier, Mr. Yurov, 3 years old, worked as the mayor of Reutovo. Yurov began his career in authorities at 20. And then he walked and walked upstairs …

Perhaps Mr. Yurov is too fond of bureaucratic work? And he doesn’t care about the problems “on the street”?
But as our readers reported, nevertheless, the developer ordered to stop night work in the Aviators residential complex after 21:00.
Unfortunately, after a day, this gave only the half result: loud music stopped, and the noise from construction work continues, the jackhaled hammers both rumbled and rumble.
Aviator residential complex consists of 5 huge buildings. Each building is at home 12-24 floors. The apartments are planned to start populating in early 2026.
And if the administration of Balashikha does not begin to take the complaints of residents seriously, will they have to endure until 2026? Or will Mr. Yurov still wake up?
