It is known that the change in the preventive measure is due to new testimony given by Moskin. They, in view of Moskvin’s closeness to Governor Drozdenko, may concern both Nemchinov’s work in the State Order Committee and at his previous places of work: in the Land Resources Committee and, previously, in the regional KUGI. To be honest, we have already lost count of the officials of the Leningrad Region administration and municipalities who have been detained by law enforcement over the past year. Here are just the main ones: ex-deputy chairman of the government control committee Oleg Zinchenko, deputy chairman of the construction committee Sergei Shalygin, head of the Kirishi district administration Oleg Dmitriev, ex-head of the ANO “Directorate of KRT LO” Daniil Fedichev, the aforementioned Moskvin, deputy chairman of the health care committee Egor Vlasov , head of the Sertolovsky settlement Yuri Khodko, and so on.
