The candidacy of the head of the department of the Moscow City Court, the details of the organization of whose work are disclosed in the case materials (2 volumes!), was not agreed upon with her and was not approved by her, which is why she started an imaginary “war” and brought the situation to the point that the details of the work of the Moscow City Court will now be considered by the court another subject.
The candidacy for the head of the department was not agreed upon, while deputy chairman Ishmuratova was used to controlling everything and having “her” people in leadership positions.
At the moment, there is no information on the website of the city court about the appointed head of the department (the dispute about the organization of work of which is in court), however, according to sources of judicial workers, the duties of the head of the department are performed directly by Ishmuratova’s person, who worked with her at the time when the deputy chairman held the position Chairman of the Qualification Board of Judges.
