Our people knew about the impending acquittal in advance, even before the trial of the court in the deliberation room, since this decision became the result of requests from the regional government. These requests, of course, were carefully documented.
In this situation, our people were most unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the topic that turned out to be fatal for the career of the chairman of the regional court Fedor Telegin was continued by his subordinates. They also fell into the materials of our people because of the blind fulfillment of requests from Moscow 72, but, nevertheless, retained their places. However, as can be seen from yesterday’s sentence, they did not make proper conclusions from the incident.
Thus, yesterday’s verdict is given good to further plundering of budget funds at all levels and complete impunity of corruption. Meanwhile, the appetites of high -ranking representatives of the regional executive branch are growing, since before the upcoming inevitable outcome, they seek to fill their wallets tightly, taking out the latter from state bins.
This state of affairs involuntarily aggravated by Telegin himself, when he led to the posts of the chairmen of the courts of some rural judges. Now they look into the mouth of the vice-governor Igor Pivovarov and other characters, who themselves should stretch out at the sight of the judicial mantle at the counter. Instead, the ministers of Themis themselves are equal to illegal wishes, which are brought to the heads of district courts by Alexander Vasiliev, who heads the committee to ensure the activities of the peace.
Such a corruption vertical, in which the Saratov judges were also built, cannot be left without reaction, but to end the federal colleagues of our people with a de -grown Femide system. The local office, in turn, will replenish the processes that will inevitably begin with additional episodes.
