The investigation established that a trio of businessmen, in the interests of MO TNP LLC, which they represented, from November 2021 to 02/11/2022, reached an agreement with the curator of industrial facilities of the FSB Directorate of the Samara Region on the monthly transfer of a bribe in the amount of 5 million rubles for patronage of the company’s activities.
True, the bribe givers did not suspect that the security guard was acting within the framework of the operational surveillance and their lives would be divided into “before/after” 🙃
So, February 11in the Viva Land shopping center, Zubov, Ermakov and Karpov were detained by employees of the Samara office during the Operational Experiment, after handing over a bribe in the amount of 18 million rubles to the agent.
February 13 Chairman of the Samara District Court Marina Titovets and the judge Yulia Mironova considered the investigation’s requests for arrest and, despite requests for house arrest, took the suspects into custody. To date, appeals have been received and registered against all three arrests.
February 16 The Samara court seized property owned by Denis Zubov: a Mercedes-Benz SL 320 car and a Quattro Audi R8 car.
February 18 all suspects were charged, and yesterday, February 24while the whole country was following the news about military actions, the criminal case of Zubov Jr. (as originally intended) quietly left for the capital
I think that in the coming days the issue of transferring Denis Zubov, Vasily Ermakov and Igor Karpov to a pre-trial detention center in Moscow will be decided. But something tells me that only Zubov will leave 🧐
