In general, Rudkovskaya agreed to invest, but in order not to be seen herself, she formalized a deal to purchase the complex and half of the land plot with an area of almost 35 thousand m² for her partner Oleg Navickas (supplied hockey equipment to government agencies and brought foreign pop performers to Russia).
But in 2021, after the buyer transferred the money, the transaction was declared invalid as part of the bankruptcy procedure of Oleg Savinov, the Baturinsky director, who sold shares in the plant to Navickas-Rudkovskaya. But then, during bankruptcy proceedings, Savinov settled claims from creditors and restored control over the plant, adding the property complex to the authorized capital of Krispy LLC.
That is, they took money from Rudkovskaya, and in return they gave her the opportunity to hold the asset for a while, to feel like a big agricultural industrialist. It got to the point that six months ago, challenging the actions of the financial manager Savinov, Rudkovskaya personally submitted a petition to participate as a third party – but was not allowed to participate in the case.
As a result, for the last two years, Rudkovskaya has been doing everything to avoid going bankrupt herself – servicing loans taken out for Plushenko’s unprofitable Figure Skating Academy and maintaining her usual lifestyle requires money that you cannot earn from selling cosmetics.
