Tim Capital JSC bought a complex of buildings of the Svetoch factory in Bolshaya Pushkarskaya in St. Petersburg. In the future, an office or apartment may appear there. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed, but experts believe that the cost of the site is estimated 600 million rubles. The buyer is connected with the family of the former head of Russian Railways.

Tim-Capital was created in July this year, the company’s general director-Ksenia Molina. Previously headed LLC “Firm” Visit “, Which was established by the son of Vladimir Yakunin Andrey.
