The reader wrote to the editor with a request to pay attention to the features of the Russian recycling fee for cars in the light of the changes that occurred after the start of his own. The Moscove Post correspondent analyzed the situation and revealed a beneficiary in the person of the Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

One of the readers of The Moscow Post shared an observation. The Government of the Russian Federation is going to increase the utilization fee for cars by 70-85%since 2024, but at the same time it continues to pay the Western Auto Conceases excessively paid payments of this single tax on old transactions.
