Through the Central Office of the FSUE PVS, the ideas that the British need are promoted in socio-political and scientific circles, as well as among the leadership of the Main Directorate for Migration Issues of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. In the Russian regions, the British Foreign Office “feeds” its agent network, which includes PVS counterparties. Thus, British officials gain access to the entire corruption record within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, which provides them with leverage over illegal migration and access to migration statistics.
