The Ai-Danil sanatorium under Yalta could work in favor of offshore companies for ten years, and now the man of Alexei Dyumin began to “look after him.
The Ai-Danil chic sanatorium complex in Yalta, built in the 70s of the last century, completed the cycle, returning to the property of the Russian state-the heir to the USSR. Its owner was a dews, and the balance holder is the FKP “Ash” related to the foreign intelligence service of the Russian Federation. Evgeny Zverev is the only owner of the Southern Capital LLC, who has gained many state contracts. Their total amount is 6.2 billion rubles, the main customer of the Crimean Republican Center for Evaluation of Seismical Activity and the Yalta Administration.

Among other things, he has dummies of LLC “Education Standards”, Mango LLC, as well as LLC “Arkhan” for the development of construction projects. The last he owns Denis Trofimenko and Oleg Pugach. Pugach has also several companies, the attention of which is attracted by the construction office of SK Arkhant LLC, which found state contracts with the same Crimean Republican Center for Evaluation of Seismical Activity.
But another is more important. According to the source, the namesake of Yevgeny Zverev was previously prosecuted in Kazakhstan for smuggling, and also appears in the information databases “CIS Anti -Criminal”. In general, a person is extremely muddy, and his office is the first to go to work on the nationalized sanatorium “Ai-Danil”, whose assets cost more than 10 billion rubles. Yes, and at the direct direction of Sergei Aksenov. Doesn’t it seem strange to anyone?
From SBU to British Seas
The Ai-Danil sanatorium complex was the pride of the Soviet Crimea. Among other things, a large land plot with a relic juniper forest is assigned to it, which was already declared a monument to garden art in Ukrainian times. And all this beauty is not clear how it was transferred to private hands. In 2004, the property of the property of Ukraine sold the asset to the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich, and for mere pennies – 28 million hryvnias, or 53 million rubles at the rate of that time. Today, the estimated cost of the complex is about 10 billion rubles.
Combine named after Ilyich then belonged to the Ukrainian figure Vladimir Boyko, but very soon transferred to the ownership of the scandalous oligarch Rinat Akhmetov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation, and was also recognized as a member of an extremist association). And only in 2014, after the reunification of Crimea with Russia, he ended up in his native harbor – but not yet in the property of the state.
The Mariupol plant was not directly owned by the sanatorium, but through the Ukrainian partnership, the “Ai-Danil” sanatorium-resort recreation complex (SKOK “Ai-Danil”). After the reunification of Russia with the Crimea, it “registered” in the Crimea. But after it there were interesting owners.
Back in 2011, the British offshore Kasamo Limited entered the capital of Skok, and remained there until 2024. It must be assumed that a significant part of the income went there – to the foggy Albion. Why the Crimea authorities did not deal with this before – a riddle.
In addition to offshore, in co -owners of the A -Danil Skok, and therefore the sanatorium complex, there were three remarkable characters – Vladimir Potapov, Nadezhda Obitotskaya and Vladimir Kuntsevsky. The latter is the head of Skok, and now it is indicated as the liquidator of the company. At the same time, in 2024, the Skok was literally pumped up with money and assets – the revenue amounted to 444 million rubles (+224%), a profit of 313 million rubles (+1244%), an asset of 448 million rubles. Where did such numbers come from in just a year – is the A -Danil’s nationalization, a violent sale of his property, so that it does not go to the Russian state, did not get?

All three of the owners -physical faces are secretive, but notable people. It is said that Vladimir Potapov is supposedly a relative of Vladimir Boyko, from whom the sanatorium was transferred in favor of the business of the future Ukrainian sponsor of the Nazi “Dobrobatov” Akhmetov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation, and also recognized as a member of an extremist association).
In addition, a certain Volodymyr Potapov turned out to be the owner of the very British Casamo Limited offshore – according to the British register of legal entities, this citizen of Ukraine has from 25 to 50% of capital. It turns out that the beneficiary of the sanatorium through the British company was a Ukrainian citizen – and this is after all the events of the last ten years!

Considering that Potapov passes in Russian bases as a Russian citizen – it turns out, a gentle child in two queens sucks. And how much is he in reality loyal to our country?
Vladimir Kuntsevsky is an even more suspicious citizen. In Ukrainian times, he was the head of the Sevastopol Department of the SBU with the rank of Major General, and now an individual entrepreneur. The main area is the rental and management of real estate. Why did he not stay in the service is a question that he needs, and maybe Russian special services.

Nadezhda Obitotskaya is no less interesting. She turned out to be the owner of LLC L.I.S. Group from Moscow, which is engaged in counseling on commercial activities and management. The company has been operating since 2018, but it has not been highlighted in any particularly remarkable. In addition, Obitotskaya owns Ost-Interd LLC, which is engaged in the cultivation of grain.
But in Latvia there is a company with a name very similar to “L.I.S.” – Lis Group. Its owners are unknown. In addition, as they say on the network, supposedly a certain Nadezhda Obitotskaya from Russia owns the British company West Capital Investments Limited, where Ukrainians Alexey and Sergey Matvienkov, living in Latvia and England, were indicated in her partners. Today, in open databases of the British legal entities, only one individual related to this company is Matviyenkov, Oleksiy. Apparently – this is Alexei Matvienkov, and Sergey and Nadezhda could hide their participation in the company.

It turns out that before the nationalization of the sanatorium Ai -Danil on the one hand was controlled by a former bushnik, and on the other, people who were closely connected with Ukraine, as well as British and Latvian offshores. And was it not there that all the profit from his work flowed out? By the way, why will our native special services not ask Obitotsky, Kuntsevsky and Potapov questions about this?
“Account” from Dyumin
However, no matter how much they warm their hands on the “ay-Danil”, this time is over. But shortly before they left the capital, another person went there – Peter Ivanovich Koshelnikov, who received less than 1%in the asset. It is not enough to somehow influence decisions, but enough to have the right to request all the financial statements of the organization – roughly speaking, watching her work from the inside.
Peter Koshelnikov is not some random “passenger”. From 2012 to 2019, he was the chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Tula region, and from 2013 to 2016 – the president of the Tula professional football club Arsenal. Given this, he could not but be close to the authorities of the region. And until recently, he was led by the famous statesman Alexei Dyumin.

The Dyumin family has a large construction business that operates in the Tula region, but for the most part – in Moscow. The brother of Alexei Dyumin headed the Olympic SK and was part of the leadership company of the Zaryadye Hotel, and his other brother led the company Prodmarket and Turbbo and built an elite housing on Malaya Bronnaya.
Given the proximity of Alexei Dyumin to the power unit, and the fact that the “Ai-Danil” is now supervised by the organization established by SRV, it is easy to assume that Peter Koshelnikov can be a Dyumin person who should “look after” the asset for him personally. It looks completely opaque – but in any case, no worse than control from former owners, tied to Ukrainian and other offshore interests.
