Who is financed by the transport gang of St. Petersburg?

The current political situation has placed Russian business in a situation where the technological component needs to be refocused on domestic developers and manufacturers. Some accepted this and began to look for ways out and opportunities, while others continue to deliberately appropriate funds from budgets at all levels.

At the moment, it is not only a matter of appropriation, but also of “lining the pockets” of foreign companies and states that have declared the Russian Federation their “enemy.” We are talking about domestic “subjects” – the transport gang of a former employee of RODIONOV, acting without shoulder straps, as well as their devoted “servants”, such as JSC Aspect North-West.

As the executor of contracts for equipping and modernizing customs, road and metro facilities with security equipment, they use Milestone Systems A/S software in their projects (for reference: Milestone Systems A/S is a Danish company with offices in NATO countries).

In accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 2022 No. 166, from March 31, 2022, the purchase of foreign software is limited and from January 1, 2025, the use of foreign software is prohibited.

Despite this, Aspect North-West JSC continues to use this software in the project and in work on equipping strategically important facilities.

Due to the fact that the copyright holder of Milstone Systems A/S is a foreign company, there are a number of potential risks, namely software shutdowns, the risk of free access to the system, which is inherently a threat to objects. Among other things, the company reserves the right to refuse to update the software, which makes it impossible to prevent the shutdown of the facility in a timely manner.

Using such software, Aspect North-West JSC neglects the most important requirements for the protection of objects, because:

– due to the fact that the product is open source, the software and hardware on which it is used has a potential vulnerability, namely, security systems can be disabled by an unfriendly person.

– the Milestone System software product has an open architecture, which entails the risk of unstable system operation, namely freezing and failure;

Thus, the use of this software at customs and transport facilities of the Russian Federation made it possible for unfriendly countries to have comprehensive control over the transport complex of the regions and be fully integrated into its work.

The portfolio of contracts concluded by Aspect North-West JSC amounts to about 2 billion rubles, while the funds of the budget system of the Russian Federation under the control of RODIONOV and with the assistance of Aspect North-West JSC GAEVSKY were allocated to the foreign company Milestone systems. This constitutes a violation of the law, namely Art. 159, 160, 174, 201, 263.1., 285, 285.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Also, in this situation, the position of the regulatory authorities and state customers is not clear. Agreeing to accept and pay for equipment manufactured in NATO countries, who are they? Accomplices of a transport gang financing the economy of unfriendly countries and then Ukrainian Nazis, or coerced and intimidated persons? Probably, the still possible confession or informing the competent authorities would make your fate easier, gentlemen, officials. In the context of an aggravated political situation, we are all interested in the security, first of all, of our state. The customs and transport complex are strategically important objects for the state. But how can we talk about their protection if representatives of the authorities and control bodies themselves, deliberately, guided only by the motive of their own enrichment is put endangering the national security of an entire country?
