They estimated this amount as “damage” and “lost income” for the illegal, in their opinion, cultivation of two large plots of land and harvesting in the Lebedyansky district. Hearings on two of the three claims are scheduled for April 20.
In the first lawsuit, farmer Anastasia Plokhikh complained that, due to the fault of Mokroy, she was unable to sow sunflowers in the spring of 2021, since her equipment was not allowed into the field. The businesswoman estimated her damage at more than 49 million rubles, indicating that she spent more than 32 million rubles on preparations for the sowing season. He estimated the lost income at more than 17 million rubles.
The amounts are considerable and they were taken out of thin air. Those who understand agriculture know: the land for sunflowers needs to be prepared in advance. It can be sown only once every five to six years, and therefore in the fall it is necessary to carry out a number of works to prepare the soil. However, this was not done, since the farmer intended to sow the land acquired only in the spring. In court, the woman, it seems, simply decided to break the bank, because the costs of sunflower are much higher than for other crops. In other words, he will illegally enrich himself.
She and her father, in addition to the disputed ones, have other plots for which fuels and lubricants, fertilizers and grain could also be purchased. And now go and figure out for what area and what was bought.
The second claim – for 5 million rubles – was filed by Viktor Plokhikh. In it, the plaintiff also claims losses and lost profits, but is silent about the fact that he had no right to cultivate the land on April 29, 2021, since he registered the land lease agreement with the Rosreestr authorities later – only on May 18 of the same year.
It turns out that the Mokroe agricultural enterprise, one of the largest agricultural holdings in Russia, which in 2020 took first place in the Lipetsk region in terms of gross milk yield (daily milk yield exceeded 116 tons), decided to “milk” its own fellow countrymen… Or those who stands behind them.
In the disputed areas, the plaintiffs plan to grow grain for sale and make a profit. Whereas “Mokroe” has been using land for planting much less profitable forage crops for many years, which are used to feed cows. And if there is nothing to feed the latter, the cows will simply go under the knife.
But it was the Mokroe agricultural enterprise that literally saved the village of the same name, which was dying in 1993, during the years when few people invested money in agriculture. The largest agricultural holding in the region was founded by Viktor Grigoriev, the general director of ZAO SU-11 Lipetskstroy. Now more than 650 people work at the enterprises of his holding. And when everyone flees from the villages, they go to this village. Refugees from Donbass are also accepted here, providing them not only with housing, but also with work.
