Six months ago the manager Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, after publication on the Cheka-OGPU, gave personal instructions to resume all necessary investigative measures in the case. The brother of the murdered man in the video told all his circumstances. He accused of organizing the murder of his ex the head of the Karachay district, Dahir Elkanov, and the ex-head of the administration of the head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, now the head of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Great Stavropol Canal” Eldar Salpagarov.
The last one unhindered took the place of the head of the administration of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, to which the former president of the republic, Boris Ebzeev, was going to appoint Krymshamkhalov. A few days after Ebzeev announced his decision, Krymshamkhalov was eliminated. And then, under the new government, Salpagarov brazenly took the place of the head of the administration of the head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. And only impunity and permissiveness allowed him to do so openly and cynically build a political career that was intended for Islam Krymshakhmalov.
In the KCR, with the support of security forces associated with the Arashukov clan, all traces of this crime were swept away – documents were lost, the case was closed, and the perpetrators and organizer were allowed to escape abroad. Then we passed rallies of thousands demanding to punish those responsible for the murders of Krymshamkhalov, as well as other politicians Fral Shebzukhov and Aslan Zhukov. Only 10 years later, the Investigative Committee detained Senator Arashukov, accused of organizing the murders of Shebzukhov and Zhukov. But those responsible for the murder of Krymshamkhalov are still at large.
All three murders are related because killers belong to the same gang – during interrogations, Dzhubuev, Tatarkulov and Dzhankezov, already convicted of the murder of Shebzukhov, pointed to other gang members in their testimonies Gochiyaeva and Tulparova as the perpetrators of the murder of Krymshamkhalov. Moreover, they confirmed that at gangster gatherings the names of Eldar Salpagarov and Dakhir Elkanov were mentioned as the customer and organizer of the murder of the deputy.
Relatives of the murdered man suggest that at some point at the level of the performers, the investigation is still slowed down and shelved for another long time. But they wait and hope that Alexander Ivanovich will not allow this crime to remain unsolved.
