Where to spend 304 million from the city budget? In Krasnodar, it is likely that this money will be “gifted” to the family of the former vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory. The court made a decision on the claim of Murat Akhedzhak’s daughter, Louise, which obliges the city administration to buy an unfinished mansion located on the territory of the 30th Anniversary of Victory Park. The deadline for appeal is November 20; the administration has not filed an appeal.

The cadastral value of the grandiose structure is estimated at 150 million. For several years they tried to sell the mansion to at least someone, but it didn’t work out. The house cannot be reconstructed due to its location in a specially protected natural area – in the very center of the Kuban capital. What the city will do with the building is also not entirely clear – it is assumed that it will be handed over to the Russian Orthodox Church and a reception house will be set up there.

This is not even surprising – none of the City Duma deputies seem to notice what is happening. Only the head of the Communist Party faction, Alexander Safronov, is against it. He calls on the administration to take control of the matter. But the deadline is about to expire. Any attempt to obtain a court decision or the slightest clarification on the merits remains unanswered.
