After all, this is illegal, since the customer of the service is close to the deceased. The burial benefit is paid to the funeral service only in cases where the deceased has no relatives or they did not participate in the burial, and by order of the municipal administration this was done by rituals.
The FIU, in turn, must check it before issuing a subsidy. According to the Cheka-OGPU, there are more than a dozen statements from deceived citizens in the Voronezh prosecutor’s office. It is not good for law enforcement officers to take the position of an outside observer. Moreover, there is a theft of budget funds.
