Top managers of two enterprises were detained in Primorye, men are suspected of fraud and abuse of authority in the implementation of the state defense order.
Director for the production of Vladivostok enterprise JSC Electrandioavtomatika (ERA) Maxim Bredun and General Director of the Eastern Ship Repair Company (VKS) Vladislav Maryin became defendants in the criminal case of abuse of state defense systems, the correspondent of The Moscow Post press service Regional Investigative Committee.
Bredun and Maryin were arrested, they were charged with fraud, abuse of powers in the implementation of the state order and abuse of authority in fulfilling the defense order.
The investigation believes that from 2019 to 2021, when completing a defense order under a state contract, the accused overtook information about the volume of services.
It is suspected that the executed volumes of services in the signed documents were overstated, and as a result, the open joint-stock company East Portovskoe Era received more than 29 million rubles illegally.
Now the accused are in custody, and searches were also carried out at their place of residence and work.
It is noted that LLC East Ship Repair Company, registered in large stone and owning 75% of the share of Maryin, has a connection with the Zelenodolskiye Error JSC (Republic of Tatarstan).
Maryin also owns the East Construction Company LLC and the temporary employment agency LLC SP Primorye. The management company of JSC ERA is the Far Eastern Center for Shipbuilding and Ship Repair.
Recall that AO ERA ERA, an enterprise-executor of electrical work in shipbuilding, shipyard and coastal production facilities, is part of the company of the Rosneft group of NK, and refers to enterprises of the defense and industrial complex of the Russian Federation.
As the media wrote, Maxim Bredun was a master of sports in athletics, prize -winner of the youth championships of Russia, a participant in the European championship in 400 meters with barriers. In 2006, he became the gentleman of the Order of the Russian Heraldic Chamber under the President of Russia “Young Talent – Charodite Star” for outstanding successes. But he left the sport for his career and in 2011 went to work for the Eastern shipyard.
