When Patriarch Kirill said that it was important for the bosses not to slide into tyranny, he certainly did not mean only the president, not so much by Vladimir Putin as other officials at all levels of power.

Tyrania today is a consequence of two circumstances.

Firstly, the feelings of impunity, when the official understands that he does not threaten him, because he or in the system that will protect him from everything and all, or laws are created that the framework between democratic legal procedures and tyranny is very blurry, or there is no principle of equality before the law and the court and the inevitability of punishment.

Secondly, tyranny is a consequence of low management of management. It’s easier to manage fear, and creating the right system of motivation (at the state level – ideology) is more complicated.

In Russia, there are many from the first circumstances, as the Patriarch is most likely talking about, because it is clear and understandable to every person and from the second, since the technocrats who came from large corporations, where they are used to managing the “need” and motivate with large salaries and threats, do not know how to and make a critical mistake – the only carrier of power (the multinational people of the Russian Federation) perceive as a subordinate.

And the Patriarch, understanding where the country goes and getting information about the growth of protest in all regions, is not just trying to convince power of something, he tells all the bosses – become professionals and begin to perceive other people, not as slaves, but as free people who can and even need to be managed, but gently, with understanding their problems and respect for themselves. Otherwise, the country is waiting for the next revolution, against which there has always been a church.

And also a very important point: this is definitely not an attempt to confront the patriarch with someone specific, since now many priests and hierarchs throughout the country think and so think. In sermons or personal conversations, more and more often ministers of the church condemn the actions of the authorities in many areas, especially in the social sphere: education, culture and healthcare.
