This is the former head of the 12th department, Sergei Akimov (in the top row, second from the right), who is now the deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow. This is a high-ranking employee of the Main Directorate for Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Oleg Galich (third from the right in the top row). The last long-time acquaintance of Minister Kolokoltsev – both started in the RUBOP, sat in the same office.
By the way, Akimov spent a year in prison, being arrested for corruption. And then the same money and connections took their toll, Akimov was released and began to build a career at the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department. He was arrested when he served in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Central Federal District in the department dealing with Azerbaijani mafiosi. Akimov saw his tasks in his own way and, on the orders of some gangsters, detained others. He became especially close to thief in law Rovshan Dzhaniev (Rovshan Lenkoransky) and carried out a lot of assignments for him. And then he asked for the return favor – to “crown” the authority Gursel Saifulov (Guram Tashkent). Gursel is not only a close friend of Akimov, but also his relatives – he is married to a relative of the opera.
