And now the usual police roof continues to regularly save the trio from problems. For example, from prosecutorial inspections of a kindergarten and school building, built without competition, according to estimates that were several times inflated, and even with gross technical violations. But even 15 billion is not enough for the insatiable natives of Armenia, and the FSSR, it seems, cannot satiate their all-encompassing greed. And then colleagues noticed that Suar-Group had entered into procurement from JSC Special Economic Zone of St. Petersburg. Yes, as it turned out – to the contract for 600 million, another one has already been added, for 750 million. This powerful structure is controlled by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the government of St. Petersburg, but a lobbyist for the interests of our Armenian friends has settled into the leadership. Namely, Deputy Director for, God forgive me, organizational issues Artashes Hakobyan. So he organizes substantial orders for his fellow countrymen, and at the same time a scheme for distributing kickbacks among all interested officials. True, they say that the successes of “Suar” have become noticeable no longer at the city level, where our southern friends are still resolving their issues. They say that the blatant embezzlement of the budget was looked at from a specialized structure in Moscow, which has an apartment on Lubyanka. So the miracles may soon end.
