According to sources, Astra-77 has repeatedly figured in corruption schemes for supplies to medical facilities of the Moscow Department of Health, organized by the former head of the Health Department Leonid Pechatnikov, and the Cypriot company represents precisely his interests.
Thus, budget money aimed at providing Moscow medicine again goes abroad and again according to old corruption schemes.
