We talked a lot about the former head of the administration of the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, Andrei Nizovsky, who got burned trying to receive a bribe of 190 million rubles, after which he quickly left his post and fled to Turkey. Recently, the most important region of the region, left without leadership, found a temporary head – of course, a person close to the governor of the region, Alexander Drozdenko. In the meantime, while Nizovsky, who is sitting abroad (waiting for the issue to be resolved), has absolutely no intention of losing his influence in the region. Here is the evidence – let’s look at the main contender for the position of deputy head of the administration for construction and housing and communal services of the Vsevolozhsk district, Roma “Moryachka”, or more officially – Roman Sergeevich Panfilov.

Start of career – head of the road management department. This enriched Roman Sergeevich: with a salary of 50 thousand rubles a month, he acquired a 3-room apartment, RANGE ROVER SPORT cars (his wife drives – registered in the name of a relative), LAND CRUESER 200 (registered in the name of his wife’s mother, who has no rights, in fact he drives himself), a Mercedes GLS is registered in the name of a relative, a BMW M5 is registered in the name of a relative. What is especially interesting is that the Mercedes and Range Rover Sport were purchased at a ridiculous price from contractors working under his leadership.
While working as the head of the department, Panfilov sang (and became drunk) with Nizovsky and, in fact, became his right hand. In gratitude for the “good work” he was appointed head of the Morozov settlement. Of course, Panfilov immediately tried to move the old recoil system to Morozovka, which did not resonate with local residents.

He escaped under the wing of his curator Nizovsky and continued to impose tribute on contracting organizations. But already as an adviser to the head of administration, and in compensation for moral damage, he was awarded a personal Harley Davidson motorcycle (after all, this is so fashionable among officials from Governor Drozdenko’s team), which previously belonged to Nizovsky and a house in the Lomonosovsky district.
