In February we reported that Putin travels around Russia on a secret special train. Now the Dossier Center gives a tour of it.
We studied government procurement data and Zircon Service, a company that builds cars for Putin. There are 22 of them in the presidential composition, including three restaurants, as well as a “sports and fitness” carriage. It was equipped for the president with:
