Previously, we wrote that on December 7, the twice rescheduled meeting of the Lefortovo court of the Content Union company and the Stream television company will take place, with Zyablitsky and Lavrov previously convicted by the court of first instance.
A court case in which the issue of recognition of the punishment of one of the shareholders and his accomplices is decided. Having entered into a trust relationship, they deceived the shareholders and received a power of attorney from them, which gave them a free hand to commit fraudulent actions and, as a result of a chain of seemingly legal actions, the principals lost ownership of the assets, and the trustee acquired and sold a significant asset.
The prosecution is being represented by the city prosecutor’s office, or it could be the prosecutor general’s office, given the complexity and volume of the case.
Let us remember that the Court of First Instance took 1.5 years. Transfer of such cases in the Moscow City Court does not happen often, and the attention of the Prosecutor General’s Office, which we pay to the progress of the process, is necessary for making a legal decision!
