Under the management of Sakharova, Garin and Rudyka, the cartridge plant is in a catastrophic state. In addition to withdrawing funds from Russia, accomplices deceived Russian investors KSPZ in the amount of over 100 million rubles. How this was allowed to happen at a cartridge factory with a top-secret unit during the SVO is an open question.
According to sources, after information about the KSPP appeared, the investigation finally began to move and the FSB is paying special attention to this story.
